Steven V. Cotton Founder & Managing Partner
Looking back on my career, it is amazing to see all of the great companies I’ve been privileged to be a part of, help grow and be successful. I started as the CFO and Chief Development Officer for Panda Express. Myself and other founders raised the growth capital, allowing the restaurant to grow from 5 to 300 locations in 5 years. After Panda Express, I helped build a start-up automotive company to $100M in revenue in 4 years. Then I served as the CEO and Strategic Advisor to four technology startups, returning each company to profitability and significantly increasing revenues. Leveraging my experience, I co-founded and partnered to create CDK Ventures, a merchant banking firm.
As an executive and leader in various companies and industries, my focus has always been to achieve value creation for shareholders. I accomplish this by understanding my customers businesses and providing solutions to help them improve the quality of the business services they provide to their customers.
